Healing after surgery can be physically, mentally, & emotionally challenging. The best thing you can do for yourself is to diligently focus on taking care of yourself, have the help & support of loved ones, and find the small wins every day after surgery and celebrate those! - This is part of the reason this journal was created. This journal is designed to help you track your recovery process & how your body might respond to certain factors; like specific foods, water intake, sleep quality & amount, etc. It is mostly geared toward folks who have had bodily cosmetic procedures, but it can also be used for those undergoing face or neck lift, or gender affirming facial surgeries .Take time to acknowledge each day and one small way that you’re healing or feeling better. You can do this! Trust the Process. - Your Body Knows Best.

    Land acknowledgment:
I respectfully acknowledge that my office sits on the ancestral land of the Cheraw/Saura, Yesan/Tutelo, Mánu: Yį Įsuwą/Catawba, Keyawee, Occaneechi/Saponi people.
I honor those who have stewarded this land through generations, prior to the arrival of my ancestors, so that I may work and hold space for my clients to move toward healing.

I commit to recognizing and repairing the harm that colonization has caused to this land and to its Indigenous people.

I offer gratitude & respect to elders & knowledge-keepers, past, present, and emerging.
